Website analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use, including page views, popular pages, general referral sources, device categories, broad geographic trends and website performance.

The information is used to improve the website, understand which learning resources are useful and assess the project's public reach. It is not used for advertising, cross-site profiling or identifying individual visitors.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The project does not receive visitors' names, email addresses or precise street locations through this service.

Feedback

Feedback sent by email or through a future feedback form will be used to improve the walks, access information and learning resources. Anonymous feedback should not include names, private health information, safeguarding details or other sensitive personal information.

Contacting the project

If you email the project, the information you provide will be used to respond, organise appropriate follow-up and maintain necessary project records. Please provide only what is needed at first contact.

Participation, photographs and recordings

A general enquiry or attendance at an activity does not give permission to publish a person's name, photograph, story or voice. Workshop participation, website profiles, photography, audio, publicity and archive use involve separate information and choices.

Children and learning resources

Children should use the website and outdoor activities with an appropriate responsible adult or group leader. Please do not send children's full names, private contact details or sensitive personal stories through general feedback channels.

Retention and rights

Enquiries and feedback are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, in line with project requirements. You may ask what information is held about you, request correction, object to certain uses, request restriction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent where consent is used.
